What is a Knish? The Knish, a classic Jewish delight, was brought to the United States in the early 20th century by immigrants coming in from Central and Eastern Europe. Most commonly known to be a potato stuffed pastry, this homey treat first rose in popularity on the streets of New York and continued to make its way to other parts of the United States over time.
This was a bandwagon we surely wanted to jump right on!
The Kisses Knishes, our vegan version of the traditional goodies, are made with a variety of sweet and savory tofu fillings to choose from. They are encased in a sweet dough and baked to perfection. They're sure to satisfy your cravings, no matter the kind.
